We offer hourly and day rates and are happy to work around your budget needs. Please email our studio manager (gusb@thelmas.com) to book your session. A deposit may be required to confirm your session.

Our studio day rate is $300/day, and the studio hourly rate is $40/hour. Engineer fees vary, so please contact us for engineer fees. Additional fees may apply for full blackout bookings.

Be sure to communicate with your engineer about start times, pre-production, gear needs, etc. before your session so everyone is on the same page. Billable time includes set-up and tear-down of your session.

We are not responsible for your session files, personal instruments, or personal gear. Clients are responsible for keeping their session files on their personal hard drives.

We have a lounge with a water cooler, teas, microwave, refrigerator, dishes, utensils, and dishwasher to make you feel at home.
